Carleton University's Fieldhouse and Ravens' Nest are side by side.
Parking Lot P5 / P6 are the main large parking areas attached to both buildings.
Driving: From Bronson Ave, turn on to University Dr., take the third exit of the roundabout to stay on University Dr. Then first LEFT onto Stadium Dr. You're there!
Bus: OC TRANSPO Stop 6611: (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZLyq7UzXgiYtFiPT6)Location at University/Stadium.

The 2026 Adapt Expo & OIPSE is absolutely FREE to attend!
We will also have FREE parking in the P5 & P6 parking lots.
NO. Ticket / Registration is NOT required! You can just show up - and we'll be waiting for you.
Yes, both the Fieldhouse & Ravens' Nest are wheelchair accessible and the venue will provide ample space to move within these building. There are also accessible washrooms.
Doors at 10:00am and you can come and go as you please! Stay all day or just an hour or two, grab a coffee and a bite to eat, shop at the Chronic & Iconic market.. the day is yours to explore.
But you may want to come early... the first 400 people will receive a free SWAG BAG full of goodies!
Everyone! But may be most helpful for seniors or older adults; individuals living with disabilities, those with mobility challenges, injuries, or chronic illness; caregivers and health care providers... there is truly something for everyone here - ages 0 - 110 welcomed!
· Layouts and plans will have been approved for safety and egress.
· We are asking everyone to keep this a NO SCENT EVENT!
· We respectfully ask that you do not wear or bring any scented products to the event.
· We have also asked all exhibitors/sponsors to NOT bring any balloons.
· Please do not attend if you are sick. We have asked the same of our exhibitors.
We will have FREE Coffee and Tea for everyone! There are water fountains available for you to fill your water bottles.
A Subway and Tim Hortons are attached to the buildings (we are waiting to confirm their hours - and will update once available).
No, the Adapt Expo will not be hosting a sensory-friendly hour this year. Despite our best attempts in 2025 - we feel we are unable to safely offer this to those with sensory sensitivities.
Details to come. We have had "regulation stations" available to all attendees/exhibitors in the past. This is a designated calm space where individuals can use various sensory tools & stations.
Service animals are always welcomed! There will be access to outdoors from the Fieldhouse - as well as a separate, quiet room indoors, if needed.
Whimble has generously offered the services of a personal care attendant to support any guests who require assistance with Activities of Daily Living. Please don’t hesitate to contact them directly at hello@whimble.ca (mailto:hello@whimble.ca)to learn more.
