The 2026 Adapt Expo & the Ottawa Inclusive & Para Sports Expo are absolutely FREE to attend! We will also have FREE parking in the P5 & P6 parking lots.
NO! Tickets or Registration is NOT required! You can just show up and enjoy the day - we'll be waiting for you!  ​
Carleton University's Fieldhouse and Ravens' Nest are side by side. Parking Lot P5A & P5B are attached to both buildings. We are covering the cost of parking for Expo attendees in these parking lots only. We will have SIGNS posted!
Driving: Bronson Ave going South (towards the airport); turn RIGHT onto Stadium Dr and you'll be brought to lot P5A & B.
Bronson Ave going North (towards the city); turn on to University Dr., take the third exit of the roundabout to stay on University Dr; + first LEFT onto Stadium Dr.Â
Bus: OC TRANSPO Stop 6611: Location at University/Stadium.​
O-Train: Carleton Station 560# 3062: intersection of Campus Ave and Library Rd.Â
Para Transpo: Stop #2:Â at Phys Rec/Field house.Â

Yes, both the Fieldhouse & Ravens' Nest are wheelchair accessible and the venue will provide ample space to move within these building. There are also accessible washrooms in both buildings.
The Fieldhouse has a small transition from the 'track' to the main floor. Threshold ramps will be in place, courtesy of The Good Access Company.
We've also ensured ample space between exhibitor rows in both venues - ranging from 20' - 30'-wide aisles.
YES! Thanks to the Good Access Company, who will bringing along extra wheelchairs that you can rent/borrow while going through the Expos.
Please note that you will still need to sign their standard liability rental waiver - but Good Access is offering the rental for FREE!
First-come, first-served; located at the entrance inside the Fieldhouse.
Doors at 10:00am and you can come and go as you please! Stay all day or just an hour or two, grab a coffee and a bite to eat, shop at the Chronic & Iconic market.. the day is yours to explore.
But you may want to come early... the first 400 people will receive a free SWAG BAG full of goodies!
Everyone! But may be most helpful for seniors or older adults; individuals living with disabilities, those with mobility challenges, injuries, or chronic illness; caregivers and health care providers... there is truly something for everyone here - ages 0 - 110 welcomed!
·      Layouts and plans will have been approved for safety and egress.
·      We are asking everyone to keep this a NO SCENT EVENT!Â
·      We respectfully ask that you do not wear or bring any scented products to the event.
·      We have also asked all exhibitors/sponsors to NOT bring any balloons.​
·      Please do not attend if you are sick. We have asked the same of our exhibitors.
We will have FREE Coffee and Tea for everyone! There are water fountains available for you to fill your water bottles.
A Subway and Tim Hortons (Alumni Hall/Ravens' Nest) are scheduled to be open. Please know that their open-hours are out of our control.
The Adapt Expo will not be hosting a sensory-friendly hour this year. Despite our best attempts in 2025 - we feel we are unable to safely offer this to those with sensory sensitivities.
Our Regulation Station, created and hosted by  Flow Recreation Therapy, is a designated calm space where individuals with sensory sensitivities can use various sensory tools & stations. There will be a Regulation Station set-up and ready for use, just outside the Ravens' Nest gym.
Service animals are always welcomed! There will be access to outdoors from the Fieldhouse - as well as a separate, quiet room indoors, if needed.
Whimble has generously offered the services of a personal care attendant to support any guests who require assistance with Activities of Daily Living. Please don’t hesitate to contact them directly at hello@whimble.ca to learn more.
Yes! We have two ASL interpreters joining us from the Asign Community Interpreting Team. They will be available as needed to assist attendees in both the Fieldhouse & Ravens' Nest.
