Collaboration + Community
To bring Eastern Ontario the largest locally-driven expo
dedicated to accessibility and inclusion - for all ages and abilities.

To create a collaborative event that fosters connection, empowerment, participation and meaningful community impact.
Our goal is to foster an inclusive and accessible environment where attendees can explore local products, services & resources that enhance our daily lives.

Collaboration
“Alone we can do so little;
together we can do so much.”
- Helen Keller
The AdaptEXPO and the Ottawa Inclusive & Para Sports Expo are proud to be working in collaboration for our communities. Most of our clients (those with disabilities, older adults/seniors, & individuals with injuries or chronic illness) often have to work extra hard to find the resources, supports and community connection that help us all thrive!

Hosting these two expos on a single day creates a unique opportunity to unite everyone: helping busy, purpose-driven organizations to participate, while ensuring our incredible community members have better access to connect and explore everything these events have to offer.
BuildAble Accessible Design + Renovations
ADAPT EXPO
BuildAble Accessible Design + Renovations brought the inaugural Adaptive Living Expo to life in 2024.
From newborns to centenarians, they hosted nearly 1000 guests of all abilities. In addition to the first Chronic & Iconic Makers’ Market supporting disabled & chronically ill artists; both exhibitors & attendees only requested that the 2025 expo be even bigger. We listened.

Ottawa Inclusive & Para Sports Expo
Over the past three years, OIPSE has been a true collaboration between our health care, education and sport community. With a dedicated committee of TR professionals and coaches; hundreds of athletes, caregivers, coaches and community members with disabilities filled the gymnasiums at Carleton University. Attendees participated in sports demonstrations, exhibits, met fellow coaches to learn about inclusive and adapted sport programming - and so much more.
Access Expo
Spinal Cord Injury Ontario (SCIO) offers services designed to empower individuals with spinal cord injuries and mobility disabilities. The SCIO Access Expos showcase adaptive equipment, products and services that enable people with disabilities to accomplish both everyday tasks and extraordinary feats.
Your team on tap.
We are thrilled to have Whimble on board.. umm.. we mean, on tap... to help provide support on the day of and in bringing this Adapt Expo coming together!
Whimble has been a big part of each expo - and it wouldn't be the same without them here!
